Booking conditions and use of Apartahotel facilities are as follows:
1.-There will be a prepayment of 50% made of the total cost of any booking before said booking can be accepted
2.-Apartahotel Santa Ana only accepts payment in the form of Traveller's Cheques, cash and all forms of debit and credit cards.

3.Room keys will be handed over until 22:00 on the day of arrival at the Apartahotel in the Avd/ Padre Carlos Ferris.130. After this time there will be a supplementary charge of 20%. Room keys will not be handed over after midnight, the client thus losing rights of reservation and the Apartahotel being exempt from all responsibility for the client's accommodation.
4.-Booking cancellations:
If you wish to cancel a reservation, you should inform the hotel on the following numbers; 687801808/651801497. The time periods for cancellation and their corresponding penalties are as follows:
30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% refund of the payment made.
Between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date: 75% refund of the payment made.
Between 14 and 7 days prior to the arrival date: 50% refund of the payment made.
Under 7 prior to the arrival date: 25% refund of the payment made.
The same day of arrival: no refund will be given.
